Guidance, emergency facilities and maps that normally open in seconds can disappear when towers fail or become overloaded. Rescue Pocket keeps essential information on the device instead of depending on the network available at that moment.

Each feature keeps a usable fallback when the network or a platform service is unavailable, so one failure does not block the whole path.
Emergency facilities across Taiwan
Shelters, emergency hospitals, AEDs, police stations and fire or rescue facilities for all 22 counties and cities are built into the app.
Maps downloaded by county
Download the vector base maps you need beforehand, then use them in airplane mode. The app does not download maps in the background.
Directions without a base map
Even before a map is downloaded, use a compass, text bearing and straight-line distance to find nearby facilities.
Offline survival tools
Flashlight, SOS light and whistle, CPR compression metronome, 119 dialler and an “I’m safe” SMS composer with optional coordinates.
High-contrast emergency mode
A pure-black background, larger text and larger controls improve recognition in low light while reducing OLED power use.

Every screen was captured from the actual app. Map images use a simulated location and contain no user location or personal information.
More than an optional offline mode
Offline is the product default.
Nationwide facilities, guidance and survival tools are bundled with the app. Larger full maps are downloaded by county beforehand. Without a base map, facility data and direction fallbacks remain available.

Your data is not sent to us.
There are no accounts, backend services, ads, analytics or trackers. Location is processed only while needed; contacts, settings and checklists are stored locally. Operating-system backup behaviour is explained in the privacy policy.
